I conducted in-depth user research to understand customer needs and behaviors across their digital platforms. This involved analyzing user pain points, gathering insights through interviews and surveys, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure design decisions were backed by data and aligned with business goals.
DESIGN
In my role, I developed wireframes and prototypes for Canada Post’s mobile, tablet, and web portal. I focused on creating intuitive, user-centric designs that enhanced accessibility and usability while maintaining a consistent brand experience across all platforms.
