I had the opportunity to work with Canada Post, where I contributed by designing wireframes for their mobile, tablet, and web portal. My role involved creating user-friendly layouts and intuitive interfaces to enhance the customer experience across various devices. RESEARCH

I supported major digital transformation efforts by aligning new digital products with established national brand standards. The challenge was balancing modern UX practices with the strict accessibility and structural requirements of a massive public-facing corporation.

DESIGN

I led the UX redesign of critical, high-traffic service flows. By mapping out complex user journeys, I significantly improved the usability and clarity of core features, including package shipping, real-time tracking, and account management.
